Guy Ritchie’s gangster flick Snatch is getting a small-screen spinoff

Guy Ritchie’s 2000 gangster movie Snatch is getting a TV spinoff.

Crackle announced the news that a 10-episode series based on the film is in the works during its Upfronts in New York today (April 20).

The original film — which starred Brad Pitt, Jason Statham, and Benicio Del Toro —  has developed a cult following since its release, and the newly-announced series will aim to keep the essence of the original movie

      • Oh well, you don’t have to watch it if you don’t want to 🙂

        I have no idea whether it’ll be good or not, but the Lock, Stock TV series was good for a laugh and they used entirely different actors with entirely different story lines, it wasn’t really ‘connected’ to the movie as such..

        They’ll probably do Snatch in the same way but linking it to the movie means half their advertising is already done! 🙂
