Rogue One: A Star Wars Story ordered to have four weeks of reshoots

Rogue One: A Star Wars story will apparently undergo four weeks of reshoots this summer.

According to a report published in Page Six, the movie “isn’t testing well” and Disney execs “are not happy” with the current cut.

The first of the planned Star Wars spinoff films is set between Episodes III and IV and sees rebels attempting to steal the plans for the Death Star.

The film is directed by Brit Gareth Edwards, whose debut was indie sci-fi Monsters, before he moved on to his first studio pic with Godzilla.

Felicity Jones stars as resistance fighter Jyn Erso, alongside Mads Mikkelsen, Forest Whitaker and Ben Mendelsohn as Director Krennic.
