Peter Jackson has lined up his next big movie project – and you might be pleased to know that no, it’s not another Hobbit movie.
Instead, Jackson will be producing – not directing – an adaptation of Philip Reeve’s first novel from his sci-fi fantasy book series, Mortal Engines.
And even though Jackson’s only working on the first instalment at the moment, it sure looks like the trilogy king himself will be back doing what he does best – making multiples.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Jackson will be handing over directorial responsibilities to his longtime protégé Christian Rivers, with Moral Engines marking his solo debut.
